Great Home Inspection

Mr. Costello was very thorough with the inspection of the house. He explained what the home inspection entails, what he does, and what he is looking for. He gave me advice to consider and was candid about his discoveries. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. I would use him again. More people like Mr. Costello is needed in this business to explain construction and repairs so the layman can understand

Professional Inspection

Richard Costello is the best inspector I have used. He is professional and coupled with his 30 years of building experience he does a comprehensive inspection. He found some major issues with the house that needed to be repaired and made recommendations for preventive maintenance. Richard's reports are comprehensive computer reports that contain an overall assessment of the item/category he is inspecting( includes color pictures). I will use Home Inspection and More again. Knowledgeable, detailed, excellent report - we're very satisfied

We needed a home inspection prior to purchasing an older home. Richard Costello from Home Inspection and More, provided an excellent report that was detailed, summarized any concerns, included maintenance information, and provided lots of pictures to make it easier for us to understand and coordinate with the buyer. We were very satisfied and would use him again for a home inspection. Thank you!‎

A Cast Iron Drum Trap from a House that was listed as being built in the 1990's. An addition was added in the 90's but the house appeared to be 75 years old. Rim Joist under kitchen sink. Owners said house had never had a fire. It had been remodeled and they added a bathroom. This is where the plumber connected the kitchen copper water pipe to the new bathroom. The plumber caught the house on fire and did not tell the home owners. by Home Inspection and More LLC
