Richard Costello is the best inspector I have used. He is professional and coupled with his 30 years of building experience he does a comprehensive inspection. He found some major issues with the house that needed to be repaired and made recommendations for preventive maintenance. Richard's reports are comprehensive computer reports that contain an overall assessment of the item/category he is inspecting( includes color pictures). I will use Home Inspection and More again.
