Employee quoted me a rate of 12.60 for an item through Blue Cross, when I arrived at the business, after spending over an hour trying to find their new location since they were in the middle of moving, the quote became 76.00. The reason? The employee, who had the prescription in front of her when she gave the original quote of 12.60, had neglected to read the prescription, instead just glancing at it and giving the quote for the wrong item. So her incompetence wasted 2 hours of my day and running around to find their store, which could have been avoided by simply reading what was on the prescription in the first place. When called back to complain to the owner, they offered no recourse, not even an apology. How this place is still in business amazes me. But I guarantee with service like that it won't be around long.
