Disappointed and Unhappy
St. Pete's Hollywood Tan has a very young, un-educated staff (employees and managerial level) who lack the professionalism and education to sell products and packages to customers. A better training program dealing with customer service issues and general tanning industry knowledge needs to be put in place ASAP. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS TANNING SALON IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
