I bought a home that bill helmuth built back in 1982. I have lived in homes built by Kevin Knight as well as a turn of the century field stone home--yet this has been (if not the best) one of the most well built homes I have ever had the pleasure of living in...It is a walk out lower level and after 27 years it has never had a drop of water in it. We were able to lay down carpet in that level without a moment's hesitation...and without a worry as to whether it would develop mold. The trim and pocket doors are of the best quality and craftsmanship. IF I ever build a home...he will be the first and hopefully last call I will make. He is a real testament to his craft and his structures will attest to this opinion for decades--if not centuries to come.
