Hatch Don Construction

VERY RUDE technicians. A unmarked pick up truck pulling a flatbed loaded with dgging equipment pulled into our small (5 house) cul-de-sac, blocking the traffic flow. I went out to ask the two folks about their work, and was told "It does not affect you". They were not wearing uniforms, nor ID, and no markings on their truck. I told them I was concerned about their blocking the street for delivery traffic and they repeated "it does not affect you". I replied that I lived in this street and it DOES affect me and that I saw no ID. He reached into his truck and pulled out a plasticated home made ID that said HATCH. Not even counting the security issues, this is a HUGE courtesy issue....if their workers will treat people this way when they think it won't matter, what does that say about their integrity?
