Golden Valley Health Center

My name is Valoree Mullins and I have been with this center for about a year. I have been very ill for four months now,since last March and I am not getting better. I am in a lot of pain and very frustrated!! I have a ear infection, a sinus infection, I am off balance due to all of this and having pain spasms in my head and nasal area. My nose is infected and swollen and blocked, I am not able to breathe due to all of this. I am not getting the help I need. I am a single parent and I need my health back for my child, I should have not suffered this long!
