This is an amazing place. I have been going up there for the last 17 years. The current owners are the nicest people and will ensure that you have a great time! The lake is the perfect size and almost guarantees you a musky. It is the perfect place to teach a kid to musky fish as you have a very good chance of catching one. There really isn't a bad spot to fish but if you are not catching musky the lake is still loaded with Walleye, bass and crappies. The lodge has a great bar to belly up to and a very nice swimming pool for the kids on those hot summer days. This lake is virtually your own when you are on it. Very little fishing pressure and in the middle of the Chequamegon National Forest. There are only about 3 houses on the entire 372 acre lake. I feel like I own the place when I am there and the prices are very reasonable. The cabins are old as they were built in the 30's but quite clean and comfortable. I can't wait to take my own kids here when they are a bit older!
