Last I checked that violated the fair housing act

I find it very amusing that gem management violated the fair housing ct by allowing tenants to have people who aren't on their lease to live there what's even more odd is the property manager allows it to happen despite the constant disturbance from my downstairs neighbors

The parking is really getting out of control here.there is no assigned parking for the residentsso we just park anywhere.the problem is some people have like 6 to 8 car loads of vistors and they takes the parking spots or block the entrance.There has got to be a better way.there are 8 people that own cars here and then the nurses take the rest .I fell that if you own a car here then your vistors need to park side the road and walk to your apartment,also the nurses need to park side the road and walk.Its not fair to the people who lives here to have no where to park and some are disabled and cant walk a lot.also for those who don't own a car then their guest can take one spot.Really something has to be done about it
