Danielle at Gateway was rude, lied to us about prices, had her delivery person take our dog's remains home with him after telling them several times we would be picking them up, received the wrong product and was charged too much for what we received, and they couldn't follow simply instructions. Over the last 20 years, they have handled taking care of the remains of 4 of our dogs; they will never handle another one. A compliant was filed with the Better Business Bureau and they refused to respond. I wonder if I even have the remains of my dog. If you love your furry companion please do not take them to Gateway.
