Gateway Pediatrics

Everytime we visit this office with my kid it takes 1hr to 1.5 hr of wait before we can see doctor for 5 mins. This is too long wait with young kids especially if they are sick. Once we went with sick infant and had to wait for 2 hrs. Also, it is tough to get same day appointment for sick kid. They will send you to urgent care. I would prefer t o see doctor who has prior history. They have more patients than they can handle. Other than that nurses return call if you have qustions, it may not be on time though. Billing is fair. Doctors are fine. Separate entrance for healthy and sick kid but finally they go in the same room.
