Garner Orthodontics

My Son has gone to this office for about 18 months but now has to have his braces removed because of tooth decay (has dentist appointment to get them fixed in 2 days). This office, after I have already paid a total of $4,200 and owe only $600.00 more will only remove them if the balance is paid in full! I have made all my monthly payments and cannot believe they will not rmove the braces unless I pay up today.(getting them removed this afternoon) Do they really think after making all these payments that I am going to stiff them on the last three??? I am so upset but have no other choice but to pay them - wont be able to pay any of my other bills or buy gas or groceries but this greedy office will get their money! Very unreasonable- I do not reccomend this office in any way. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Dr. Anderton has to be THE WORST orthodontist in Arizona. If someone (like an insurance company or your dental place recommends him, THEY JUST WANT MONEY). I've been seeing this guy since I was in 4th grade, I am currently a SENIOR in college. I've had braces on and off about 3x with this guy. I followed all the rules with retainers, my parents are Asian and they make sure I do so or they get very angry.

They charged my parents an for 2 of the 3x that I got braces back on. They DO NOT seem to have any of the solid techniques, they use methods from the 1950s. Rather than just installing permanent retainers like my new orthodontist did (started seeing him my freshman year of college). He just kept putting braces back on and charging me. The braces DO NOT look good, they are the shiny metal that stands out; my self-esteem dropped significantly when I was in high school because of this. No one in high school even has braces anymore.
