Game Dynamics

I was told one week and my console would be fixed. I was called for pick u at the end of that week. I asked the guy behind the counter if they checked it to make sure it works. That seemed to annoy him, he replied he wouldnt have called me otherise. Image my anger when I get my xbox home, and the tray will not open much less read any disc. Yeah so he checked it huh? I live an hour away, or I would have went back in there personally as I cant get back wirhin their hours, I called several times, I sent emails, I even had my husband call. They answered none of it. They took my 85 dollars and my time. I dont even believe they worked on it at all much less replaced disc drive. Oh but he checked it? Crooks plain and simple
