The Truth
The apts are BEAUTIFUL. The service is DEPLORABLE. Dirty, smelly and unsanitary garbage rooms and management is literally non existent. Building has had 3 different management companies in 2 years and we were only notified of 1 change. Tenants do not know the name of current company. Super is overworked and doesn't care about taking care of the site. Takes months for them to replace broken appliances. Gate has been broken 60 times in 2 years and is broken right now. Strangers use the parking lot to sleep because the gate is always broken. Armed robber ran in the building from police. Gained access thru broken gate and broken lock on parking lot door. That door has been broken 38 times in 2 years but, management refuses to have proper repairs done by qualified locksmith or replace old, rotten door. If the site were managed properly it would be a great place. East Orange school system is a joke. Stay away from Gaia...there's nothing Grand about it.

Gaia Grand- A Dump!!!
Luxury Awaits! NOT!!!!!!!! There should be more reviews for this place! I moved in last year and will be gone this year. The place is beyond horrible. They have 1 mgr that services multiple buildings, and I super. That's it for staff! Dirty hallways and way more issues than you can ever imagine in your life, leaky windows, flooding everywhere, and the smell! UGH! Don't waste your time, money or belongings.

This is a horrible PLACE!!
This is a horrible place to live! I lived here for one year and it was a nightmare. I HATED COMING HOME EVERY DAY!!! Waaaayyyy to many isuses so I am providing you with a quick list below.1) paying for gated parking...gate broke
