Gage Management Inc.

The people at Gage Management have been very nice. They have treated us fairly. The rent at the apartment we rented has been a great rate, that's why we went with them, their website is easy to use. They do get a bit annoyed if you don't go through their website - so be sure if you rent from them to use their website for everything from applying for the first time to asking for maintenenance to subleasing.

This company gives a whole new meaning to SLUMLORD!! Especially in the Midwest where you would think this wouldn'€™t be an issue. Their management is rude and disrespectful and has no care for the tenants. Point in case when I called the company to fix the black mold at my daughters€™ house among many of the other issues, they would not acknowledge any of the problems my daughter and her roommates kept trying to get fixed. I decided to step in and try to get them to fix the mold issue, and explained Clorox will not kill black mold. I showed up several days later after they supposedly fixed the problem, and they tried to use Clorox which did not fix the problem, and then they tried to paint on top of it and it is already blistering up because they did not take care of the problem obviously. You would think they would get the message their attempts have not worked!! The windows are so rotted they won'€™t close so every living;

This company is the worst, with poor management and the people working to do their repairs are idiots. My daughter has black mold in the residence she is living in and they have treated it previously with clorox, which did not take care of this problem. Anyone who knows anything about mold, or black mold knows if that doesn't take care of the problem, you need to get rid of the source of the problem. The windows are so rotted they won't close and so the house is opened to the outside so all kinds of bugs and things can get in.

They have been asked time and again to make repairs and have not completed any of the repairs to treat the problem. We are in the process of having the health department take a stand with them for their violations and further steps to rid the unhealthy living conditions.

Don't trust this company at all!!
