Fusion Concepts LLC

I discovered Fusion several years ago. This is a high-end experience similar to a luxurious resort, like Nemacolin; visits have left me fully rejuvenated and transformed. In additional to a broad range of services, personnel are professional and well trained and products are high-end but reasonably priced. The spa has begun to offer exercise classes including a program called Evolution, which is about life balancing. I have tried each different type of class offered and settled into a few weekly now, including Evolution. The trainers are very knowledgeable and committed. Crickett, the owner, has done a wonderful job at attempting to meet the needs of women. I had an amazing facial today by Julia, who did a tremendous job and even accepted a last minute request for waxing. She was delightful, her work meticulous, and I left feeling renewed. I highly recommend Fusion to anyone who needs to escape; you do not have to drive far or take out a loan to get here!

My first impression was, "wow, am I really in Westminster, this place is fabulous!" Extremely stressed and looking to feel replenished through a stress-less facial, I was quickly disappointed and quite unsatisfied... The "background" music was ridiculously loud, allowing me to notice the same 4 tracks repeating over and over. The esthetician left the room "for a minute" 3 times, totalling over 20 minutes throughout my 60 minute session. The products were entirely too harsh for my skin (I have normal to dry skin) which lead to extreme burning sensations. I guess it was a good thing the esthetitian was a "pro at neutralizing" (I assume this occurs often?)... It has now been over 6 hours since the "facial"; my face is extremely sore, feels like it's caked in grease and has an extreme amount of heat radiating off it... This was hardly the spa treatment I anticipated. Two very enthusiastic thumbs down.

The esthetitian was however, very nice.

Great experience. I've gone there for all my waxing needs, and have always walked away a happy and relaxed customer.
