Furniture 4 U

This place the service is very terrible ,if u buy under 1000, they don't want service u , if u ask for Discount ，they will say :" u so cheap " ! ........OMG ! That is true, so don't be deceived , if u can buy up to 1000 maybe different ! Terrible terrible terrible!

I have personal knowledge that these people charge lower prices for asian people than they do for American customers. My girlfriend and I are a American couple of mixed race that being said we went in to price a sofa and love seat set, We got the price from the nice young asian lady who I believe is the owner. We heard from friends of ours which is an asian couple that the store will lower thier prices if you pay cash. So my GF and I went in and asked for a deal on the sofa and love we like. The owner would not deal on the price. We said ok and we left. I called our friends and told them the story. My buddies wife asked me to give her the cash and she went to the Florin rd location. She asked the owner to give her a price break and low and behold she did. Mt buddies wife got the sofa and loveseat combination for $40 dolllars less than we were quoted.

These people are rip offs. They told me if i left a 100.00 depsit on the sofas i was going to purchase that they would have them delivered to my house. the lady explained that if i decide i didnt want the sofas that i only had one day to cancel if i wanted a refund of the 100.00. the lady said she would call me the day of delivery. I never got a phone call nor did they deliver my sofas. when i called the store, the same lady that i gave the deposit to became very rude and told me, " its not her fault the warehouse people never delivered the sofas" i tolkd her that i want the deposit back and she said "no," she said," i dont have it, i cant give you something i dont have". those were her words along with much more. she even had the nerve to tell me ,"whats my rush, why so impatient, and why cant i wait around untkil her warehouse workers decide they have time to deliver it cause she never promised me a delivery date". i have it written on the reciept that she wrote out. off to court we go.. this place is ajoke and my advice to anyone whos thinking of purchising from furniture 4 u on florin road. take your buisness elsewhere cause these people are RIPOFFS
