Best SUSHI ever!!
Not only are they really nice, but they stayed open extra late one or two nights! Just to make sure I got my to go order!
They have THE Best BUTTERFLY KISS roll on earth! I have been very lucky to travel and eat even Japan!
Sadly no other place can make this roll! I crave it all the time. Every time I come back to Dallas I make sure to make a many stops here!! I have been to $$$ places downtown Dallas and nothing compares to Fuji Yama!
Excellent Sushi, Great place!
This is a great place to eat. The sushi is the excellent, and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Diego makes the best sushi, and Jimmy will take great care of you while you're eating. I probably eat there about 3 times a month at least.

Awesome Sushi...Yummy!
This is the best place for sushi that I have ever been. Now I'm spoiled! I love their Butterfly Kisses(Salmon wrapped around crab meat), California Rolls, Seared Tuna & Mango Tango Rolls. Everything is fresh & mouth watering. Diego is my favorite Chef there & Jimmy the waiter...so you must meet them. Tell them that Brandy sent you. I am addicted! Any of their specialty rolls are awesome.
