French's Auto Repair Shop

They were called to tow my car after I was in an accident and asked to take my car to a different auto body shop used through my insurance. After 2 days I was called and told that my car still had not arrived at the shop. When I contacted French's to ask why they told me they wouldn't take my car until they were paid and to have the insurance co call and hung up on me! Once my insurance co called and they still refused to take my car even after being told they were going to get paid. After 40 mins and a formal complaint from the insurance co they finally said that they would send the car. All that because they wanted to do the repairs themselves! Don't use them they will only jerk you around and try to take as much money from you as possible!!
