A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

This is a terrible company, terrible customer service. I contracted with them to pick up and blanket wrap a 8' long fiberglass darkroom sink -- I paid for a two-man pickup, blanket-wrapping, and a two-man delivery, plus I bought the insurance for full replacement value. Wrapit Express sub-contracted to a second company, STI Trucking. STI only got the sink to our region of Northern California -- then Wrapit Express hired another company, Rushour Delivery, to pick it up from STI and deliver it to us. The sink not only arrived 2 weeks past when Wrapit Express told me it would, it only arrived with 1 man to unload and deliver it (I had to hire a local handyman to help the driver unload it). The worst part is that the sink had not been blanket wrapped, but just strapped down to 2 pallets. The sink and attached plumbing fixtures were badly damaged -- all plumbing fixtures had to be replaced at a cost of $1700.00 -- the darkroom sink itself was repaired by a fiberglass specialist at a cost of $1900 -- for a total, out-of-pocket cost of $3600 (and this does not include the $650 I paid to Wrapit Express for the blanket-wrapped, two-man pickup and delivery.) Wrapit Express has been ignoring all my calls and emails demanding reimbursement via the insurance I bought. I have retained an attorney to sue them in municipal court. STAY AWAY FROM WRAPIT EXPRESS (AKA "FREIGHT AND CRATE" ) -- YOU WILL BE SORRY. I HAVE HEARD SO MANY BAD STORIES ABOUT THEM SINCE I HAVE INITIATED MY LAWSUIT -- I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH UP FRONT. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL HELP OTHER PEOPLE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
