Francines Photography

Where to begin...well up until the wedding she was the easiest person to get a hold of, and then after the wedding she just dropped off the planet. She would not answer her phone calls or respond to emails (except to offer us upgrades to a photo album we are still yet to get a year and a half after the wedding). She promised to give us ALL the ORIGINAL photos of the wedding. It took us forever to actually get the disks and that was no easy feat to get. We had to threaten potential legal action in order to GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. Well we finally got the CD's and I don't know if she lied to us or just has horrible camera skills. Nearly half the photos are of low quality. You can tell which ones were taken by her (terrible, bad lighting, fuzzy, bad angles etc) and which ones were taken by her actually competent assistant photographer. I am writing this review as a concern regarding Francine's Photography, and hopefully prevent another bride and family the experience and heartache we have had with using this company. I hired Francine for a 3-day wedding event the Summer of 2010, and spent thousands of dollars. We have found Francine to not honor her agreements or commitments, does not return phone calls to address concerns, and she has sold all of our photographs on a CD with a copyright release to others to distribute however they choose, and we have no control of who is receiving or posting any of our personal, private, and intimate moments. We are heartbroken, and do not want to see this happen to another bride of family on a day which is supposed to be one of the happiest, most important days of their lives.
