He sells what appear to be good quality windows rated for the Northeast to senior citizens, takes their money, then never finishes the job. The windows are sub-quality windows that leak and cannot hold up to this weather. He does not return phone calls or visits to his office, will not come back to inspect leaking windows which are only four months old, nor will he finish the job once he is paid. BEWARE! He seems to target senior citizens as well!
