Bought home in 2006 and moved into it in 2007. It was a new manufactured home that All homes Crop. was in-charge of setting up. They took it all upon themselves to modify outside of home to make fit on property without saying anything to us (owners) about. We noticed the modifications on day of closing. The management company will do anything on property that they want to do and totaly disregard the homeowners wishes. Be careful upon buying there and get everything in writting before the move. They are only out for your money and the quality of life in the park is greatly diminishing. Many residents have horror stories to tell if ask of them. BEWARE!!!!

You buy a home here expecting that everything said is true, but in all actuality it is further from the truth than you might think. Check this community out carefully before you buy.
