Very unhappy customer
The owner was very rude from the beginning. I was duped into paying cash after I was told I could pay by credit card, personal check or cash. My home insurance company said they were the only approved plumber in the area for the replacement of my hot water heater; therefore I was stuck using them. I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM IF I HAD A CHOICE. The plumbers who came out onsite were very polite and actually suggested I go with another company after they heard the way the owner had treated me.
The attitude of the owner was so unprofessional that at one point after yelling at me, she hung up the phone on me. THIS COMPANY IS NOT recommended.
