Yes, when we first took our dog to Dr remund he seemed very very nice. We felt we were leaving her in good hands. We phoned, was told she was doing fine. When we picked her up,however she was freezing cold to the touch, screaming in pain, a wound on her leg was infected and covered in (word not allowed) and she was literally SOAKED in her own excement. We had prepaid this bill or they would not have gotten a penny from me. When I asked Dr remund why she was in such a condition he said what do you expect, she's been in a cage for 4 days!! I said I expect an explanation or an apology because this is not acceptable. To which he told me he hoped my dog would die and said I could f myself.
Long story short, we had to take her to another vet for antibiotics, pain meds and more. I will never take any animal to that man again. I am so sickened in the heart knowing that my dog suffered because I left her in Dr R's "care". Don't trust this place!!
Dr Bower is the best!
I have been taking my pets to Fords Prairie Animal Clinic for years. Both Dr.'s there are great, but I really like working with Dr. Bower. by now she must know my dogs as well as I do, she always makes time for me when I need to get my girls in for whatever current issue they may have. I can not say enough good things about her.
It is very nice knowing I can put my pets health care in her hands knowing she will do everything in her power to make them well when they are sick and strive to keep them healthy.
My dogs love her.
