Work was done in our home this year. Installers were terrific! The product was excellent; however, the sales/billing personnel were not helpful.\t\n\t\nSo...if you should decide this is the place for you, be sure to double check with your sales/billing person...or you will be over charged. Ask for an itemized bill at the end of the project.\t\n\t\nWe did and saved $$$ due to an error on their part. We never received a follow up phone call either apologizing for the error or explaining the error. We never received a thank you for prompt cash payment, even after we discovered the error and then made the final cash payment. Wow! We had heard the they were good to do business with...\t\n\t\n\t\n
