Rude mechanics who will judge you on what you drive.

I went there for an oil change and the mechanics told me that my car sucked and that I should have bought the turbo model. If I had an extra 6,000 dollars I would have gotten the turbo and I would not be at a crappy gas station getting an oil change. They also over filled my car with oil.

Stay Away --Gave estimate trouble shooting then it was 5 x the price

I went in to have my engine looked at because it kept quitting on me. They said they would do a diagnostic and call me... I got a call later that afternoon and said it was ready...What? I called back and said what do you mean? The guy in the back named Ken or Brian said I needed a new powervalve??? I asked why no one called me and he said they left a message on my answer machine. I said that makes no sense! you have to get my permission or talk to me first... He laughed and said that's all we need because I checked a box that said they could exceed the estimate....I did check that box not having read it fully because there was a ton of disclaimers and stuff. I tried to reason with him that he never got permission to EVEN WORK ON IT... He then said--"how about I take off the part you can have it towed away?" I called my husband and we went down there after he came home from work and tried to talk with the owner but he was total jerk and would not listen. So we paid the $359.00 Rippoff

No common sense--RUDE

You would think they would tighten the oil plug at their QUICK lube but not so...Talked to some women who claimed she owned the place when I got home I found a puddle of oil on the ground. She said "well then you fix it it, didn't ya" and then hung up. I happen to have a couple spare quarts-- put it in and drove down there to give them the empty bottles and have them give me new ones. I was told that people pull this stuff all the time looking for free engines and oil and I better leave before they call the cops. The only thing "quick" about this place, is separating you from your money and have lousy oil jockeys who should quit talking and pay attention to their work. Luck I caught it. I am sure if JOE was still around this would not have happened.
