Five Star Car & Truck Accessories

I had them install an alarm system on one of our business vans and it worked great for the first six months. then it stoped working so they replaced the central chip and it works good again. however now one of the remotes does not work so they checked it and told me that it was a manufacturers defect and that new ones are back ordered for a year. Well we have to have two sets because we go out of state and need one as backup so we don't get locked out, and i paid to get two. It has been about a year now and the manager won't return my phone calls and workers can't help me. Every time i stop in the manager "isn't in" I have been calling every month now and no help yet. they need to step up their business ethic and take care of the customers they have. If the alarm I curently have stops working, at this point i will not return to them. Get it together guys or you are going to go out of buisness.
