When you do you business with a company that requires a yearly contract, is it your place to have to call them every year to renew your contract? Is it your place to have to call them to see if they even came out to your house to inspect each year since there was no evidence they had been there at all? Well, that's what you have to do with this group and I think it's poor business practice and I gave up on them.
