About Fit to Perform
I help people and companies re-focus on physical energy as the foundation for success. Improved fitness is the key to improved cognitive function (mentally sharp), efficient planning and execution of long-term and short-term goals. It’s the undercurrent of respect (winner), improved professional and personal relationships and stress relief. It goes beyond exercise to include regular bouts of movement, recovery and proper nutrition to fuel performance, confidence and success in all areas of life.
I am also a youth sports coach and I help young athletes improve performance through customized, sport specific training programs for individuals and teams.
