First Coast Car Wash

I went to the First Coast Car Wash in Fernandina Beach yesterday. The attendant put my debit card into the machine & he said it was declined. I gave him a second debit card & it too was declined. I then gave him $10.00 cash thinking the machine was down because I knew my cards were good. Just to be safe I investigated my cards being declined and was told by both banks that my cards were fine & that First Coast had charged ten dollars on each of them. So, what should have been a ten dollar car wash cost me THIRTY DOLLARS.
