I woudn't take my enemies car here! I've had 3 experiences with this facility and all resulted in a headache. \t\n\t\n1. They replaced my broken serpentine belt and sent me on my way. 2 days later when traveling out of state, my car broke down on the side of the interstate leaving us stranded. We discovered my car had leaked all of the transmission fluid because the belt was not properly connected. Who knows the years this added to the engine!\t\n\t\n2. They rotated my tires and stripped the lug nut on one of them which was a nightmare when that tire went flat on the Kennedy a month later.\t\n\t\n3. Anyone see a Firestone mechanic wearing a pair or aviator Ray Bans I left in my center console tell him the jokes on him. Got those knock-offs in Hong Kong buddy... but I'm sure you wear them well!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!\t\n\t\nOne of their mechanics stole my Ipod out of my car and denied it to my face... I sat there for 3 hours after I went to pick up my car trying to get the manager to do something about the situation and he did nothing.\t\n\t\nGo somewhere else!!!!!!\t\n\t\n

Took my car in to have new wheels mounted. They did all the work and then ended up without a required part for the job. They charged me the full price for the job even though they didn't finish the work. They either don't know what they're doing or don't stand behind their work. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them when there are so many other tire and wheel shops in the city.
