Brought in my SUV for a simple oil change because they are located down the road from my house, figure i'd give them a shot. Normally i go to my mechanic but he's located in Westchester so i figured I'd save a trip. FYI, I just had major work done from my mechanic prior to the oil change and my car is running great. As i'm waiting for my oil change, this man approaches me and tell me i need over 600.00 worth of work on the car...i laughed in his face after i got my keys back! My mechanic found that to be humorous as well when i told him. This place is a RIP OFF!!!! Jiffy Lube is better choice if you can image that.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...you're better off going to a dealership if you're desperate! Shame on you firestone!!!!!!!!!!! you're a disgrace to the industry.

Took my car in for a simple oil change. They came back and told me I needed a brake flush and all sorts of other fixes that would have added to over 500 dollars...my mechanic in NY verified it was a lie!! Stay away from this place especially if you're female. My friend had the same problem with them. Honesty is always the best policy..you go a long way when you have the right ethics and you'll get alot more business...Dishonesty is Firestone's policy!!!
