I have recommended this store to so many people. They go the extra mile with customer service and have knowledge you cant find at box stores.

Terrible return policy - or lack thereof. I understand being careful with issuing returns for items with the way people take advantage of other stores' unconditional return policies, but you'd think a company would want to keep happy customers and be REASONABLE when it comes to a crappy product. We bought an overpriced ($100) EZ flow fertilizer system to use with our compost tea which was badly designed, did not function properly and had cheap plastic parts, one of which broke within the first use because the base of the thing is so tippy it fell over. The lady in the store acted like my husband and I were idiots (we are both engineers, hello, and had already done a ton of research - btw EZ flow customer service never called us back) for not figuring out how to operate the stupid thing, then left me hanging for 20 minutes while she talked with her manager about what to do. She then offered to order us a replacement part (another $20 - I wouldn't pay this for the entire product) and
