What is the ring o fire? What if someone has not exercised in a long time - is this workout going to kill them off the first time out?

By Mia on September 06, 2009

Mia The Ring O Fire is a twelve station, outdoor, circuit training program. I offer my program in five week intervals; the first day is orientation, and the second day is merely a warm-up, stretch, and an introduction to each exercise. The third day we do the full-on Ring O Fire. Keep in mind that each work-out session begins with a five minute stretch and 15 minutes of stretching...Everybody goes at their own pace... no problems as of yet! Bruce

Workouts only last about an hour. They consist of a five minute warm-up, fifteen minute stretch, and 35 minute Ring O Fire. Bruce
