Not professional in their approach
After much research on roofing companys, I selected this one and another to give me an estimate on repairing my slate roof. I called them the day of the appointment when they were 20 minutes late and I had not yet received a courtesy call. The guy answering the phone answered "Hello" (not your typical business welcome). He was the one I scheduled the appointment with yet didn't seem to remember. I won't do business with them if they can't get something as simply as keeping an apointment right. I mean come on, I am going to trust my 100 year old slate roof to them? Puhlease.
