We had work done here on our vehicle...make sure BEFORE you leave the shop that all the parts on your estimate ARE really replaced. Once you leave, they won't honor the fact that they didn't replace the parts. They told me the parts were replaced with OEM parts.....AND parts were not replaced and the OEM was not used. This is insurance fraud!!!!!! So, unless you are an adjuster....BEWARE!!!!!!!
