Exclusive Enterprises Inc of Ocala

I ordered a washer/dryer set from Home Depot in Panama City. Exclusive Enterprise showed up to install it. I had already taken the old set out, including removing the old vent assembly since I ordered a new one to be installed with the dryer.

The water valves weren't leaking when I pulled the old unit, though they were old. It started leaking AFTER they got their hands on it, which makes me think they over-tightened the valve. AND they didn't bring the new vent set, apparently Home Depot's fault on that one, since the store quit selling the set, and now just sells the tube (at a whopping 24 bucks). So because of that they left without doing anything, except making one valve leak, saying I'd need to have that fixed before they can install the set. OK, 1st thing, I think THEY broke it, second who cares if it leaks into the hose, they are left OPEN when the machine is hooked up.

So within an hour I went back to Home Depot and got the washers needed to fix the valve and the part of the vent kit that apparently is no longer part of the "kit". I asked to have it redelivered that day, since it's STILL ON THE TRUCK. Home Depot called them and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes or so, where told NO.

So all in all, Exclusive Enterprise really dropped the ball, and Home Depot is out the $2000 I WOULD have spent on the set, and Lowe's has the same set in stock and MY BUSINESS, at least on large appliances where they need to be delivered. Last but not least, I am filing a complaint with Home Depot, in the hopes they either get their sub-contractors to do a better job, or fire them outright and do the delivery installations in-house.

This company stood me up twice, did not call me to verify that I was in the area when they supposedly were at my house to deliver an appliance. They did not leave a note as required by Depot Direct that they had been there. Due to their lousy service, unresponsive drivers I cancelled my order of an oven from Home Depot and went and purchased it from Lowes who does their own delivery locally. Do not purchase anything from GE or Home Depot if they use this company in the Ocala and Gainesville area
