European Maids & Carpet Cleaning

A word of caution to anyone considering using this service. One of the maids used a cleaner on all of my stainless steal faucets and drains. This cleaner was not meant for these surfaces as it streaked and corroded all. I called the owner Violet who was rude and basically insisted that I was not telling the truth. Finally, she agreed to send one of her "managers" to my house to take a look. Two days later the manager came with the employee that did the cleaning. The manager agreed that there was definitely significant damage. She then had the employee go out to her car to get the cleaner that she used. Sure enough it said on the back not to use on stainless steal. I spoke to Violet later that day & she said that she would have her “friend” come fix it. I told her that I would require a certified contractor not her friend. She wouldn’t do it. She would not file a claim with insurance or take care of the issue in a responsible way. In the end I was stuck with $500 worth of damage
