Ethan Allen quality and customer service is terrible. We purchased a number of pieces that were supposed to be the same finish, yet when they arrived, none of them matched! We had a terrible time with the designer and the store manager who refused to refund our money and wanted to charge a restocking fee! Ethan Allen is Chinese made furniture sold at American prices.
