Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I took my ford probe to hall ford/mitsubishi's state of the art facility to repair rearend accident damage to only have the car come out of the shop two different colors and none of the trunk lines straight when I complained to Chris the manager of the body shop he said that it was fine and he wasnt fixing any of it. I went to his supervisor and he said that as long as Chris was satified with the work there was nothing I could do as they are the professionals and I am only the owner of the car.

Do NOT take your car to these people for maintenance or body work. I I recieved a dent and scratch on my mitsubishi lancer and they say they replaced the quarter panel and faded the paint to match. the paint was a custom black pearl with small silver flake the paint they put on the car was base line black no pearl no silver flake. Upon further inspection inside the trunk you can still see the buldge from the dent and looking at the paint you can still see the scratch where they only painted over it. as for the dent they filled it with 5 pounds of BONDO and painted over it after hitting a bump in their own lot the bondo fell off. they claimed that it was now my problem.

If I could I would give negative 5 stars. I recently (3months and counting) took my 07 galano to the hall ford/mitsubushi "state of art" facility to be repaired after an accident. the car is still not properly repaired. the car previous to the accident had only 1 scratch which was on the rear bumper which got ripped off the car. After being "repaired" there are now 9 scratches and 10 dents one of which is in the bumper that was replaced . NOW they are refusing to repair them. According to Chris the body shop manager they are only concerned with major damage and driveability minor dents and scratches are not of their concern nor is safety as long as all broken parts are replaced and all damaged parts are repaired to give the appearance of normal daily driving. The car is two years old so it is not of their concern if it has "wear" on itand as long as the overspray is not visible when the doors and hatches are closed. in short my $13000 car now apraises at $3000 due to their negligence.
