Enterprise Import Service

I'm really very surprised to see so many positive reviews for Jerry and his auto shop. Hopefully my experience will shed a more realistic light on the quality of Jerry's service.

Synopsis of my experience:

- I dropped off my car because it was leaking oil from its differential

- I pick it up and it's now making a grinding noise from the rear of the car

- I bring it back to Jerry and ask him to take a look at the noise

- He takes a whole day before getting back to me and says "I took it for a drive, I heard the noise, I don't know what it's related to, it appears the 'pumpkin' in your differential is damaged" -- already trying to distance himself he asserts that it's merely coincidental the noise started after his repairs. He says he will call me the next day with a quote.

- 24 hours later Jerry calls and says that he "has no idea why it's making the noise," distancing himself even further from his repair.

- I pick up the car only to find that Jerry has put 140 miles on it!!! 140

There isnt a more honest or dedicated repair or body shop than this business. My family and I have all had our cars serviced there. They just opened the body repair service as well, and completed the job in 3 days. Unreal since everyone else stated one week or more. Very interesting detail- 3 body shops quoted me more than $700.00 more but not Jerry... He and his staff are very honest.
