English Village Apartments

We have a new manager every couple months, and none of them ever know what they are doing. I have lived here for over 2 years and have maintenance issues that I acknowledged upon moving in that have still not been repaired. One of the previous managers found it ok to regularly park her car in the handicap space in our building (she was also a resident) because it was the closest to the entrance, and then eventually just removed the handicap sign and installed a manager parking only sign, which is still there. Despicable. I think the neighbors just like to turn up their car stereos and drive in circles around the building during the night, as well. I don't hear too much noise from the adjacent units, though. I don't think the managers enter apartments much, but its hard to say because they don't leave any kind of notice to let you know if you weren't home when they entered. Overall this is easily the worst apartment I have ever rented. I'm glad to be leaving
