The main so called Property Manager who works for our Home Owners Association in Plainfield, IL which is called Grande Park is absolutely horrendous! The property manager assigned to work with our area is incompetent, doesn't ever answer any of the clients emails, sends out all kinds of crazy emails telling other people's personal financial business to those who are not at priority to know such private business matters. Her name is Christie Capalety. and she needs to be fired from her position at his real-estate company. She doesn't do her job, she's rude, and thinks her job is indispensable because she's been at her position there for so long. We all should vote to get together an attorney, file a class action law suite and get rid of Encore Real Estate from our HOA all together!
