Boycott this hotel! They are greedy and rude and mean!
The customer service at this hotel is terrible - do not ever stay here! My son was scheduled for a U of A student orientation for May 26. We reserved a room for him for May 25. The car broke down in Phoenix and we did not know until 4:45 p.m. on May 25 that it would not be ready until the next day. I called the hotel to change or cancel the reservation and they said because it was after 4:00 p.m. they could not do this without charging us. I explained the emergency situation, and we were only 45 minutes past the deadline, and they were very rude and did not care. They finally allowed me to change the reservation to June 1 and said they would not charge me the cancellation fee. On June 1 I called to check on the reservation and they had no record of it! I called the customer relations service 800 number and they showed that we had been charged the one night cancellation fee for May 25 even though I was told they would not! I called back the hotel directly again and asked about
