I called this service earlier today, and told them that I needed to be picked up at the Tuscon Greyhound station and taken to my apartment in Sierra Vista. They said they could do that, gave me a price, and promised that they would be there at the time I specified. When I arrived to the Greyhound station I called the service to tell them that I was there, and if they were on their way (They we're supposed to be there when I got there!) The receptionist on the phone said that there wouldn't be transportation for me until 6:30!!!! I got there at 3:00! I got very upset and they hung up on me, and after calling them 4 times they finally picked up. They said that they "managed" to get a ride for me. When they finally arrived (30min late) they driver told me that he would not be able to take me to my apartment, so I walked away disappointed and angry.I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ...read more

I used 'Discount' to drop a friend at a shuttle stop and then take me to the airport. The driver tried to take the longest, and most expensive route from my house to the shuttle stop. When we arrived at the airport, I gave him my credit card, he ran it, and the screen showed declined. He ran the card twice and both times it showed up on the monitor as declined so I paid in cash. In the airport I called my credit card company, they said there was nothing wrong with the charge, that it was the cab that was declining it. To my chagrin the charge showed up on my credit card. Does Discount Cab care if their employees are defrauding customers? Hmmm... I've called Discount to have them reverse the charges on the credit card....
