Very Rude and Unprofessional
I would have given them zero stars but can't. I was told that no quotes over the phone, but if I brought transmission in they would break it down while I was there and give me a quote. They did not do this but did call back 2 days later with a quote. They never touched the transmission to see what was wrong. All they did was look up prices on parts and give me a broad range of price. I drove 2 hours each way and will have to do the same thing to pick it back up. When I called to tell Mark how disappointed I was, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and Rude!!
