Poor Service / Bad Attitude / STAY AWAY
The owner, Tony provides the worst customer service. He will do the job as if he is doing you a favor and you should be thank ful that he is doing YOUR job.
The job proformance was mediocre as it wasn't a hard job to begin with. The attitude & lack of customer respect was just unbelieveable to watch. None of my questions were answered!
Tony - get that stick out of your a$$ and understand that customers come first and you should ALWAYS thank them for their service.
Plenty of other good contractors provide better service. It is best to skip Eagle Air Inc Heating and Cooling.
