She makes mistakes, procrastinates and tells you she can do things she is ill-equipped for and unskilled at. She also wants all the bills to go to her and she will see they get paid....DON'T!! One vendor just got paid on a job done 2 years ago. She has burned bridges are various venues in the Tulsa area leaving them with big bills. If you are a non-profit organization really be careful, you will pay her more than your organization will gain.
