I had an unrelated issue with my water heater and they came out on a Sunday, which was also a holiday, and fixed my problem while explaining it to me every step of the way! Dusty's will continually mislead and lie to you about their products, deliveries, missing parts and testing their products. I would recommend that no one use this business to purchase appliances. You will receive excuse after excuse after excuse and will end up being rooked out of your money. Do not buy from these people. There should be an option for NO stars.
