I have always been afraid of going to the dentist until I met Dr. Dunn. I have had painless root canals, Several fillings and it was a very pleasant experience for me. His office staff are extremely professional and I loved how his office manager presents treatment plans before any procedure was done. I can't say enough good things about this office and the excellent care I was given.

I had a terrible experience with this dentist that lasted more than 3 mos. He was terribly rude and unprofessional. For example; he had put a temporary tooth on my brother that fell off the next day; which happened to be during the weekend. He was in severe pain because his live root was being exposed to air. A prescription for pain finally was called in after he tried to get my brother to put the tooth back on himself while he talked him through it over the phone. Once we made it to the pharmacy; the prescription had not been checked by the people working at the pharmacy since he left them a message on their answering machine. After waiting for several minutes; my brother called him back to make sure he called the right pharmacy. Dr. Dunn took it upon himself to call me and tell me that he was being inconvenienced by my brother, and he was trying to spend time with his family. I was absolutely shocked. My brother went to his office once a week for over three months. My brother had spent in excess of $8,000.00 to this so called dentist; and left with no permanent teeth in his head. When my brother first saw Dr. Dunn he said that he could fix his whole mouth for no more than $7,000.00. Dr. Dunn had done nothing but rob my brother and mess his mouth up even more since he never took a mold of his whole mouth and never took any black and white x-rays so another dentist could try and fix his mess. I recommend that no one step foot in his office, unless they want to get lied to, and robbed.
